Will I lose my conversation history and personalized settings if I cancel my membership?Yes, canceling your membership will result in the loss of stored conversation history, personalized AI voices, and custom settings. If you choose to re-subscribe, your previous settings may not be recoverable.

How does Pillo AI protect my privacy?Pillo only listens after you activate it. Your audio is encrypted and sent to our secure cloud AI over Wi-Fi. By default, we don’t store transcripts. If you turn on Conversation History, you can review, export, or delete it anytime in the app. We don’t sell your personal data.
